We have found that 95% of all connection problems originate from the users own settings. If you can connect to some content but can not connect to other content, enable the following:

- scripting
- cookies
- allow pop ups


please check your settings in your firewall, anti virus, browser settings, and/or any other programs you are running that block the above. One way to be sure that it's your settings causing connection problems is to temporarily disable any programs that your running that block scripting, pop ups, and cookies and then try connecting.
